Our process

Our process in six steps.

Nothing here should surprise you. This is the whole sequence, what we do at each point, and the short list of things we need from you.

    Step One

    Energy audit

    We come and count what you use.

    Every appliance logged, every load measured, your bill and your fuel receipts read against what the building actually draws. We measure the roof and photograph the cable run while we are there. Under two hours in most homes.

  2. 2

    Step Two

    System design

    Sized from your numbers.

    Panel count, inverter rating, battery bank and expected daily output, written down with a fixed quote. If the sums do not work, we say so instead of selling you a system.

  3. 3

    Step Three

    Supply

    Equipment on site.

    Tier-1 panels, inverters and batteries with warranty documents in your name. We check serial numbers against the quote before anything goes up.

  4. 4

    Step Four

    Installation

    One to two days.

    Mounting, panels, DC and AC runs, inverter and battery bank. Our own crew does the work, not a subcontractor you have never met.

  5. 5

    Step Five

    Commissioning

    Tested, then handed over.

    Full load test, changeover proven against a real outage, and a walk-through with whoever will operate it. You keep the manuals and the monitoring login.

  6. Step Six

    Monitoring and maintenance

    It stays our problem.

    Remote monitoring from day one, scheduled servicing, and a 24/7 line. We call you when output drops, before you notice.

What we need from you.

Six things, and the first one matters more than the rest. Your bills and fuel receipts tell us what you actually spend. Estimates come in low every time.

Timing

How long the whole thing takes.

A straightforward home job runs two to three weeks from your first call to a system that is running. Most of that is equipment and scheduling rather than work on site.
